Vintage Wagner Handwork flocked monkey/chimpanzee miniature made in West Germany. This whimsical seated monkey features dark brown flocking, a lighter brown face, pale ears, black applied eyes, painted facial and paw details, and one arm raised to its head. A red hanging ribbon is attached for display, and the original Wagner Handwork West-Germany paper label remains on the underside. This label style dates to approximately 1983–1990. Measures approximately 2 1/4 inches tall and about 1 3/4 inches wide. Pre-owned vintage condition with age-related wear to the flocking and painted details.
