Vintage Shiny Brite glass Christmas ornament with its original ribbed metal cap marked “Shiny Brite Made in U.S.A.” This classic mid-century bauble has an attractive rounded, slightly lobed profile and retains remnants of its original gold and silvered finish.
The ornament shows substantial authentic age-related wear, including extensive finish and silvering loss, flaking, spotting, discoloration and scratches. Much of the original finish has worn away, leaving areas of clear glass with scattered gold decoration remaining. The metal cap and hanger also show age-related wear.
