Classic vintage Lamplighter Inn Webb Lake, Wisconsin foam-front trucker hat with snapback closure. Features a blue mesh back, white foam front panel with black print, and made in the USA by J.R. Miller Co. The foam inside has deteriorated significantly, causing staining on the white panel (see photos).
