Original Department 56 – New England Village Series lighted ceramic building: Thomas T. Julian House. Hand-painted Victorian home with turret, porch, and snowy roof accents. Tested working light cord included along with the original box, foam, and Heritage Village booklet (shown). Approx. 6¾" H × 7¼" W × 5" D (17 × 18 × 13 cm).
Condition: very good—no chips, cracks, or repairs to the ceramic body. Minor age-consistent paint rubs on a few high points; box/foam show shelf wear. Displays beautifully when illuminated. Vintage item; minor imperfections expected.
