Description
Unusual antique/vintage blown glass Christmas bell ornament measuring approximately 1¾" tall. The silvered glass bell retains its tiny suspended glass clapper, visible through the open bottom, and has aged metallic crinkle/tinsel wire attached around the top.
This ornament shows substantial age and wear, including extensive silvering/finish loss, cloudiness, spotting, scratches, discoloration and oxidation/tarnish to the metallic decoration. The old tinsel/crinkle wire is heavily aged, tangled and misshapen. Maker, exact age and country of origin are unknown.
