Description
Original January 1954 Coca-Cola picnic cooler manufactured by St. Thomas Metal Signs Limited of Canada under Coca-Cola license. This heavy-gauge steel cooler retains its original red finish, galvanized interior, original drain plug, and embossed Coca-Cola script, making it an attractive display piece for advertising or soda memorabilia collections.
The cooler presents very well with bright color, light cosmetic wear from age and use, and scattered paint rubs including typical wear where the carry handle contacts the lid. The interior is solid with no obvious rust-through. The drain plug is present. The cooler has not been water tested and is being sold as an untested vintage collectible.
