Description
Vintage 1930s miniature molded glass Christmas ornament in a charming basket form with raised woven-style detailing. The ornament has a red finish over silvered glass and a simple wire hanging loop. Measures approximately 1 1/2 inches tall and 1 1/4 inches wide.
This delicate ornament shows substantial age-related wear including finish loss, fading, oxidation, spotting, discoloration and deterioration of the interior silvering. The glass neck/pike and hanger area also show age and irregularity. Molded basket details remain nicely visible despite the wear. A wonderfully timeworn miniature ornament for a feather tree or vintage Christmas collection. Please review all photos closely for condition.
